I scout Talents

Good morning world!

I’m actually using voice note in typing this because my thumbs are numb from lots of finger works but then how will you take it if I don’t give you?

So on today’s episode of F.E.P Scouts, we would be doing what I love best which is scouting, discovering and revealing talents and creatives. Basically, today I will be revealing talents I scouted and discovered.

On my list today, we’ve interesting and worthy talents and I will implore we all look out for them and extend our support to them by subscribing and actively checking out their platforms, telling a friend or more about their talents, recommend them to sponsors, record labels and management boards or possibly sponsor their talents if you have the means to.

The first on the list is Queenesty

Queenesty whose real name is Queen Ezinne Ezigi hails from Enugu State in Nigeria but lived in Kaduna state also in Nigeria. She’s currently studying architecture in the University of Nigeria Nsukka. She started pursuing her music career officially in the year 2017 and had been consistent even without any external support or record label.

Queenesty although doesn’t know how to play any musical instruments, surely knows how to make great use of her voice as the prowess of her beautiful voice elevates my soul. Her genre of music is Alternative music with a sprinkle of pop and juju and I can testify that she’s good at this art named music; from the lyrics delivery to sound composition? 100 baby, simply 100%.

Wondering how I found her? Well, I got to know about her from Good girl LA whatsapp group chat, when a fellow republican shared her song “Oh No” with me and I was wowed. Instantly, I got on Audiomack and YouTube Music to search for her songs and found another song titled “Drive me Loco” and I became a fan as the tune blew me away and lyrics got me stuck on her tune, then all I did was to put her on repeat and followed her up on social media for more updates. Then few weeks back she released her first E.P titled “Drinks, Feels and Nostalgia (DFN)” and I became a Queenesty Stan because that E.P was an eye opener! Queenesty is a Gem!

My favorite songs off the E.P are Pon D Beat, You play me, Likkle More Time, Feels and Need you. With the right audience, support, management and growth, Queenesty would surely go places.

Second on my list is the Instagram superstar Iconvybez

Iconvybez whose real name is Ikechukwu Onyilimba is a personality that channels his pain to productivity and it had been working for him because his growth had been amazing.
Few months back celebrities like Peeshaun of Skuki and Craze clown amongst others heard his freestyle on Instagram and couldn’t withold their excitements and expressed how impressed they were and gave him validations via their instagram story. Yes, iconvybez is that good! He’s also very optimistic and a lover of God.

His genre of music according to him is called “Motivation” because his music and sound comes from the place of motivation and nothing less. He has a lot of music freestyle on his Instagram page and has three studio singles called “Grace”, “Let it show” and “Street”. Iconvybez is a promising act and I recommend you watch out for him.

Third on the list is L’arry

L’arry formerly called A•M is a “blue eyed soul” singer as he calls his genre of music. His birth name is Oluwadamilare Mukthar Abisoye; he is the last born of 5 kids and lived in the northern part of Nigeria, Kaduna to be precise. He has one of the best voice I have ever heard, in fact I used to be his manager, more like I encouraged or lured him into making music a career because he was more focused on furthering his knowledge on footwear making at the time we met. Currently he’s sub-signed to Ecstasy records, has his projects carries their name but no official signatory of him into the label yet. Few of his songs are “Jangolova”, “Elevation”, “Ajike” and “Testimony” with quite a number of features with other talented artistes, which I handled the overseeing of the music style, artiste compatibility and recording process. He is also a very promising talent to watch out for.

The fourth on the list today is Tizzy West

Tizzy West is a Nigerian rapper whose real name is Oogoluwa Daniel Martins. Asides being a rapper, he’s also passionate about footwear making and catering. He’s funny, creative and optimistic. Tizzy recorded all his official and studio singles as a group and haven’t dropped any solo studio release. He recorded his first, three studio release with his secondary school band and then joined another band called ‘SBNS’ which together recorded two singles. Tizzy had been featured in lots of song too. He’s also a lead drummer in his church and the youth leader.
Tizzy although doesn’t have a studio release of his own, carries a threatening talent because his rap speaks fire and carries depth.
The industry should watch out for him!

Last but not the least is Sickoboy the “everyday crooner”

Rapheal Mcmiller Ajike A.K.A Sickoboy who was formally referred to as Ralphmiller rebranded his music career in 2019 and adopted his new stage name “Sickoboy”. Sickoboy is a born Nigerian song writer and music performer from Ohafia, Abia state in Nigeria although brought up and still resides in Lagos, Nigeria. He started making music as a rapper at a very young age then started pursuing music as a career officially in 2016 and switched from rap to a classic and unique genre of music called “Afro-riddim”.

He’s the originator of ‘Afro-riddim’ which is the sub-genre of music, mixed chants and afrobeat to create living melodies.
From my research, I found out he’s really a good cook, yes I know what you must be thinking right now, I felt the same way when I discovered that too. I mean a talented and brilliant musician that cooks? Magical! Isn’t it?

Sickoboy also designed most of the cover art for his music projects as he is also a graphic designer.
He is a brilliant and versatile musician as I had been following him up closely since early 2019 when he was still ‘Yungralph miller’ and I can tell you his growth is amazing as he’s always willing to learn and give his all to his music. Sickoboy had really grown to be an household name in the University of Lagos and Yaba College of Technology(YabaTech) and all credits belongs to his output in music.

There’s really a lot to say about Sickoboy as he’s really a positive Personality, Talent and also God loving. He has released a quite number of songs, some of which are
“Manya”, “Call me”, “Cruise”, “OWD (Oluwa Wetin Dey)” and “Everyday” which is my favorite of all his songs. His most recent feature is called “Just do it by Kaycekeys featuring Sickoboy”.
